Acceptable Use Policy

This template describes conduct that is not allowed when using Probe. It is pending legal review and should not be treated as final public policy.

1. Prohibited Activity

You may not use Probe to build, operate, or promote services that:

  • Violate applicable law, regulation, sanctions, or platform rules.
  • Exploit, deceive, harass, or discriminate against people or groups.
  • Generate malware, credential theft, spam, phishing, or abusive automation.
  • Misrepresent identity, ownership, pricing, safety claims, or product capabilities.
  • Collect sensitive data without a lawful basis, notice, and required consent.

2. High-Risk Use

Any startup touching medical, financial, legal, employment, housing, education, insurance, child-directed, biometric, or regulated safety decisions requires additional review before public launch.

3. Enforcement

Probe may suspend, throttle, remove, or require human review of activity that appears unsafe, illegal, deceptive, or inconsistent with this policy. Serious violations may result in account termination and preservation of relevant logs where legally required.
